D&B Operating System pricing, plan by plan
D&B Operating System pricing is on request: you get a written quote after a short demo. Plans are tiered by firm size, Studio for up to 10 people, Practice for 10 to 30 and Enterprise for 30+ or several offices. The quote depends on team size, the modules you need and any custom workflows. It is in early access, built by BRANDSWOT Consultancy.

Why there is no price list yet
The software is in early access. BRANDSWOT Consultancy is onboarding a small number of design-and-build firms first, so each one is set up properly with its own workflows.
Firms differ a lot. A three-person kitchen studio and a fit-out company with four site teams need very different set-ups. A single published number would be wrong for most of them, so every firm gets a written quote for its own team instead.
The three plans, explained
The idea is simple: pick the size of your firm, not a pile of add-ons. Every plan runs white-label on your own domain, works in a laptop or phone browser and needs nothing installed.
| Plan | Firm size | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Studio | Up to 10 people | CRM, quotations and invoices; projects, tasks and site updates; owner, designer and site roles; your own domain and branding |
| Practice | 10 to 30 people | Everything in Studio, plus multiple project managers and site teams; agreements, change requests and vendors; reports on pipeline, projects and payments |
| Enterprise | 30+ people or several offices | Everything in Practice, plus custom workflows and modules; several branches and teams; priority support and training |
Pricing on request for every plan. You receive a written quote after a demo.
What changes D&B Operating System pricing
A firm that mainly needs leads, quotes and invoices sits at the simpler end. A firm with several branches and its own approval chain sits at the other.
- How many people will use it, and in which roles: owner, project managers, designers, site supervisors and accounts.
- How many project managers and site teams run work at the same time.
- Which modules you need from day one, for example agreements, change requests, vendors and reports.
- Whether you have more than one office or branch.
- Whether your process needs custom workflows or modules beyond the standard set.
- How much training and support your team needs to settle in.
How to ask for a quote
Have one recent project in mind during the demo. Seeing your own type of work in the flow makes the quote and the plan choice much easier.
- Message BRANDSWOT Consultancy on WhatsApp or use the contact page to book a demo.
- Join a 20-minute demo that walks a sample project from enquiry to final invoice.
- Share your team size, roles, number of running projects and branches.
- Tell us which tools you use today, such as WhatsApp groups, Excel quotes or a billing app.
- Receive a written quote for your team size and the modules you picked.
How to judge whether it is worth it
Do not compare the quote only with what another app charges. Compare it with what scattered tools cost your firm today. Think of enquiries that went cold, quotes rebuilt by hand, site updates that reached you late and milestone invoices sent weeks after the work was done.
Write down how many hours a week your team spends chasing these. Then ask which plan removes most of that work. That gives you a fair way to read the quote.

Questions people ask
What is the D&B Operating System pricing?
Pricing is on request, with a written quote after a demo. It depends on firm size and the modules you need. Plans are Studio for up to 10 people, Practice for 10 to 30 people, and Enterprise for 30+ people or several offices. BRANDSWOT Consultancy does not publish a fixed price list during early access, because set-ups differ so much between firms.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
No free plan is published. During early access, the way to see it is a 20-minute demo that runs a sample project from enquiry to final invoice. If the fit looks right, you get a written quote for your team. Ask in the demo how onboarding works for your firm, since each early-access firm is set up with its own workflows.
Which plan should a small interior studio choose?
Most studios of up to 10 people fit the Studio plan. It covers CRM, quotations, invoices, projects, tasks and site updates, with owner, designer and site roles on your own domain. If you already run several project managers and site teams at once, or need agreements, vendors and reports from day one, look at Practice instead.
Do I pay extra for my own domain and branding?
Your own domain and branding are part of the Studio plan and carry into Practice and Enterprise. The system is deployed white-label, for example on yourfirm.com/admin, with your logo and colours. Your clients and team only see your brand. The written quote lists exactly what your plan includes.
What does early access mean for buyers?
Early access means BRANDSWOT Consultancy is onboarding a small number of design-and-build firms first. Each firm gets set up properly with its own workflows rather than a rushed self-serve sign-up. Expect a demo, a conversation about your process and a written quote before anything goes live.
Can a firm move to a bigger plan later?
Plans follow firm size, so a studio that grows past 10 people would normally move towards Practice. Enterprise suits firms with 30+ people or several offices. Ask how a move between plans would be handled when you receive your quote, so the terms are clear in writing from the start.
