Onboarding, plans and early access
Setup is remote from India: a demo, a written quote, then deployment on your domain with your roles, stages and rate cards. Plans follow firm size: Studio (up to 10 people), Practice (10 to 30) and Enterprise (30+ or several branches, with custom workflows and priority support). Pricing is on request. The product is in early access, with a few firms onboarded at a time.

We don't claim ZATCA e-invoicing compliance. The invoicing module was designed around Indian GST. If you need compliant tax invoices, tell us your requirement and we'll confirm what's supported. Many firms keep their existing accounting or e-invoicing system for tax invoices and use the D&B Operating System for leads, projects and payment tracking.
Does it have a client portal for clients in Dammam?
Clients can approve quotation versions, and their design comments are kept in one thread, under your firm's brand. If you need a fuller client portal, such as client log-ins to view progress, tell us and we'll confirm what's supported for your setup. Keeping every approval on the project record helps when a variation is questioned later in the job.
Can we use it in Arabic?
Arabic-language support is not something we can promise. Tell us which parts must be in Arabic, such as quotations, invoices or the whole interface, and we'll confirm what's supported before you decide. Many firms run the interface in English for staff while keeping client-facing contracts in Arabic, but your exact needs decide what will work, so we check them against the product first.
