What is Vajrun?
Vajrun is event photo delivery software for photographers, built by BRANDSWOT Consultancy. The photographer places a QR at the event and uploads DSLR photos; the AI clears blurred and unwanted shots; the families see the full gallery; and each guest scans the QR, takes a selfie and gets only the photos they appear in, with their name on them.
Who is it for?
Wedding and event photographers and studios worldwide who shoot functions with many guests: weddings, receptions, housewarmings, birthdays, corporate events and college functions.
Do you work with photographers outside India?
Yes. We onboard photographers in the Gulf, the UK, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia and beyond. Demos run over video call, setup is remote, and guests only need a phone with a camera.
Do I change how I shoot?
No. You shoot on your DSLR as usual and upload the photos to the event in Vajrun.
What do guests need?
A phone with a camera. They scan the event QR, take a selfie and see their photos.
Who sees all the photos?
The photographer and the families who booked the shoot see the full gallery. Guests see only the photos they appear in.
What happens to guests' selfies?
A selfie is used to find that guest's photos for the event. We walk through how selfies are stored and deleted in the demo, so you can explain it to your clients.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted in writing after a demo, based on how many events you shoot and their size.

Vajrun is in early access. We are onboarding a small number of photographers first, so each one is set up properly.
