Event photo delivery for photographers in Canada
Vajrun is event photo delivery software for wedding and event photographers in Canada. Place a QR at the venue and upload your DSLR photos; the AI holds back blurred and unwanted shots, the families see the full gallery, and each guest scans the QR, takes a selfie and gets only the photos they are in, with their name on them. Built by BRANDSWOT Consultancy.

Guest privacy and face data
Canada's PIPEDA covers personal data such as guest selfies, and Quebec's Law 25 adds specific rules for biometric data. We walk through how Vajrun uses and keeps selfies in the demo, so you can explain it to clients and guests.
Remote onboarding
BRANDSWOT Consultancy has no office in Canada, and we say so plainly. Onboarding runs remotely: a demo over video call or WhatsApp, a written quote for the events you shoot, then your first event set up with you. Demos are scheduled for your morning or evening to fit the time difference with India.
Pricing and early access
Pricing is on request, with a written quote after a demo, based on how many events you shoot and their size. Vajrun is in early access, so a small number of photographers are onboarded at a time.
