An event photo sharing app that gives every guest only their photos
Updated 25 Oct 2026
Vajrun is an event photo sharing app built for photographers. Guests scan a QR code at the venue, take a selfie and get only the photos they appear in, after an AI clean-up removes blurred frames. It works in the browser, so guests don't install anything. Built by BRANDSWOT Consultancy and in early access.
How it works at an event
- The photographer creates the event and prints or displays the QR
- Photos are uploaded from the camera during or after the event
- Guests scan the QR and take a selfie
- Face matching finds every photo that guest is in
- The guest views and downloads their set, with their name on each photo

Questions people ask
What is the best event photo sharing app?
It depends on who shares. For guests uploading their own phone photos, shared-album apps work. For a hired photographer delivering hundreds of DSLR photos to every guest, look for selfie face search, QR access without an app, photographer control and clean-up, which is what Vajrun is built for.
Is there a free event photo sharing app?
Free shared albums exist, but they usually give everyone every photo and no face search. Vajrun is a paid tool for photographers, quoted after a short demo.
Do guests need to install Vajrun?
No. Guests open the event from the QR in their phone's browser.
