How Vajrun works at an event

1. Create the event in Vajrun and print its QR.
2. Place the QR at the venue, on table cards or on the invitation.
3. Shoot on your DSLR as usual and upload the photos to the event.
4. The AI clean-up holds back blurred and unwanted shots.
5. The families see the full gallery.
6. Guests scan the QR, take a selfie and receive only their photos, with their name on them.

Guest privacy and face data

Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 applies to personal data such as guest selfies. We walk through how Vajrun uses and keeps selfies in the demo.

Remote onboarding

BRANDSWOT Consultancy has no office in Sri Lanka, and we say so plainly. Onboarding runs remotely: a demo over video call or WhatsApp, a written quote for the events you shoot, then your first event set up with you. Sri Lanka shares India's time zone, so working hours match.

Pricing and early access

Pricing is on request, with a written quote after a demo, based on how many events you shoot and their size. Vajrun is in early access, so a small number of photographers are onboarded at a time.
