The brief

What needed to change

Signal is strong outside and weak inside. The brand had to feel like a calm, measuring technician, not another gadget seller.

The idea

The story we built on

The Fallen Dot: the dot of the i in 'signal' has fallen to the floor in steel grey (signal lost). The dot of the i in 'fix' sits on top in amber (signal restored). Brand line: Bring the signal home.
